Underworld criminal Sujeewa Ruwankumara, alias ‘Loku Patty’, the main suspect in the shooting at Athurugiriya that resulted in the deaths of Surendra Wasantha Perera, known as ‘Club Wasantha’, and another individual, has been reportedly arrested in Belarus.
