President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has declared the commencement of International Sovereign Bond restructuring as a significant milestone in Sri Lanka’s economic recovery. Highlighting the successful achievement of the Staff Level Agreement on the third review of the IMF-supported program on November 22, he urged private creditors to actively participate in the debt restructuring process.
