A special traffic plan will be implemented from tomorrow in Colombo until the 16th of July. According to Police spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa, several byroads entering Galle Road, Colombo Fort, and Marine Drive in Bambalapitiya will be closed during the following times: 8:00 am to 11:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm from the 8th until the 16th of July.

This traffic plan is in conjunction with the Bohra Convention, which is being held in Colombo. The convention is expected to draw significant crowds, necessitating the temporary road closures to manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of participants and residents.
