The President’s Media Division (PMD) officially confirmed today that Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has arrived in the United States to participate in the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Upon his arrival in the U.S., President Dissanayake was warmly welcomed by Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, former Chief Justice and President’s Counsel Jayantha Chandrasiri Jayasuriya.
